90 Cannon Street

90 Cannon Street

90 Cannon was originally built as an undertaker's office in the 1890s. The derelict building was missing its storefront, and there were no historic photos of it to be found. Andrew designed this new storefront conjecturally, based upon the width of the surviving canopy brackets, and the styling of other storefronts from the period. The project also included a full reconstruction of the building and a masonry rear addition with 2-story back porch. The program includes a wine bar downstairs and a 4-bedroom apartment upstairs. Designed in collaboration with a licensed architect-of-record. Completed in 2026.
