This small house is part of the "Revival Street" development. Originally built in the mid nineteenth century, we found it in extremely dilapidated condition. Never more than a poor-man's dwelling, the first floor had ceilings lower than 6 feet and doors lower than 5 feet! We rebuilt the first floor with a new foundation and higher ceilings and reworked the roof framing for taller porch doors. We opened up the second floor into a beautiful wood paneled living space.  

Completed in 2022, the house serves as a vacation rental.
