24 Catfiddle Street - "Villa Witold"

Loosely modelled upon Palladio’s Villa Saraceno, this house is constructed with thick masonry walls and dramatic beamed ceilings. Built in 2011, the house was featured in this article in the New York Times.

Designed as a collaboration between George Holt and Andrew Gould, and owner Reid Burgess, who named the house Villa Witold in honor of architectural author and theorist Witold Rybczynski.
