This group of three houses serves as a vacation rentals. 79 Line Street - a dilapidated 'freedman's cottage' built around 1910, was restored in 2007 in collaboration with George Holt, and given a fun contemporary wood-paneled interior. 81 Line Street is a much older house that had been much altered. Andrew designed the restoration bringing it back to its original appearance, as well as the small new house in the backyard. Completed in 2016.
