Completed in 2008, this is a custom house designed for a complex program. A formal interior accommodates traditional gatherings, while the Roman-style courtyard provides a private and comfortably shaded engagement with the outdoors. The street façade is inspired by the French colonial houses of the Caribbean, much loved by the client. The columns and other exterior details are solid concrete, formed in place in fiberglass molds.
