This new four-story townhouse is solid masonry construction with a cast-iron porch. They alley underneath provides public access to a rear courtyard and stair, and to the second-floor entry porch. The architecture includes many details seen on early Charleston houses, but the style is freely interpreted - a fresh and whimsical take on local traditions. Designed as a collaboration between George Holt and Andrew Gould. Completed in 2019.
