A design for a new neighborhood of 53 houses on a four-acre lot. The houses are designed to be factory-built with only exterior trim work remaining to be completed on site. There are six unique designs, which will be varied in exterior materials and details to create the appearance of much greater variety. This technique allows tremendous savings in construction cost, while still maintaining our high standards of natural materials and sustainability. Designed in collaboration with Andrew Gould. Unbuilt.
