Annunciation Orthodox Church in Rolla, MO is a quickly-growing rural parish. The community bought farmland in 2023, which they subdivided to create a walkable Orthodox village. They already have a temporary church/parish hall under construction, which Andrew helped design. The centerpiece of the village will be a 70-foot-tall stone-and-timber bell tower standing at the crest of the hill.  Andrew designed the tower to be built using locally available 18-inch-thick, rough limestone blocks. Ultimately, a large stone church will be built adjacent.
