This 1890s house had deteriorated to near-collapse. Andrew designed a complete reconstruction of the structure, restoring the front half of the house to its original design. The rear part was beyond repair. It was enlarged with a new back porch and walled garden. The project was completed in 2018, and won a Carolopolis Award for renovation.
