The grand Victorian house on this property had deteriorated to near-collapse. Andrew supervised a meticulous restoration of the structure, including a reconstruction of the missing back porch from components found under the house. For the backyard, Andrew designed a new one-story masonry house. In the style of early 20th-century guest cottages that dot the backyards of the neighborhood, it is just 670 SF, has one bedroom, and a small corner porch. Completed in 2015.
