This early-20th-century house had deteriorated to near-collapse. Andrew designed a complete reconstruction and restoration of the structure, including a new front porch based upon an old photograph of the house. A rear addition added additional bedrooms. The interior elements, including staircase and wainscoting, were carefully preserved even as the structure was reframed around them. The project was completed in 2020, and won a Carolopolis Award for renovation.
