A boutique retail space for craft beer and wine. This new building, built from the ground up, is attached to the popular Edmund's Oast restaurant. Andrew designed every inch of the structure, even the custom furnishings and shelving. The exterior shell is solid masonry, with salavaged antique brick accents. The interior and roof are timber framed, built by staff and students of the nearby American College of the Building Arts. Completed in 2017, the structure won a Carolopolis award for new construction from the Preservation Society of Charleston. Read more about the project here.
