Saint Tikhon Monastery, the oldest Orthodox Monastery in America, asked Andrew to design a school and workshop building for the practice of iconography, woodworking, and other liturgical arts. The building includes a timber-framed painting studio, a chapel, gallery space, and a woodshop in the basement. Andrew styled the building in a rural-vernacular manner reminiscent of the original monastery buildings from the early 1900s. Designed in collaboration with PennEastern Architects as architect of record. Currently under construction in South Canaan, PA.
