This 600 SF mixed-use structure overlooks a walled garden on Catfiddle Street. The ground floor contains a small studio apartment and workshop. The second floor is Andrew Gould's office. It is entirely panelled in beadboard with flush trim - a traditional detail seen in old buildings in the neighborhood. The structure was built in 2013.
