This new mixed-use structure follows the typology of Victorian storefront-buildings throughout the city. It is built of solid masonry, with ornate wooden canopies and parapet. It includes office space downstairs and 3-bedroom apartment above. 

The new structure stands at the center of a five-building infill development. The land was a long-neglected parcel where the historic Elliotborough neighborhood adjoins the hospital district. The two flanking structures are old houses one of which was severely dilapidated and needed a full reconstruction. The two new rear houses are designed as luxury vacation rentals. Completed in 2021.
